  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 green or red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 5 whole green onions, chopped

Directions

    Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix and garlic; add peppers, onions and chestnuts, then spinach.
