  • 1 pkg. Knorr mixed vegetable soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions

    Thaw spinach; squeeze out all liquid and drain water chestnuts.

    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until next day. Serve with crackers.
