Spinach Dip

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small (8 oz.) box sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 loaf Hawaiian pocket bread

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Mix together all ingredients and chill.
  3. 3
    When ready to eat, make a serving bowl out of the Hawaiian bread by cutting out the soft middle portion and filling crust with dip.

    Cut the bread which has been scooped out into bite-sized cubes to dip in the spinach mixture.
