- 1 lb. fresh spinach
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. finely chopped, fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Remove stems and tough bits from spinach.

2Boil or steam until wilted; drain thoroughly and chop.

3Combine spinach, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, green onions, salt and pepper in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
