- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 5/8 oz. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 8 oz. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 lb. pumpernickel bread, unsliced
Directions

1Thaw frozen chopped spinach, squeeze the spinach to remove excess water.

2Put spinach in bowl and add next 3 ingredients.

3Mix well with fork.

4Chill for 2 hours.

5Cut top off the pumpernickel bread.

6Remove bread from the middle and make a shell.

7Cut up the bread that was removed from loaf and use it to dip into the spinach dip.
