- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- few drops of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Drain spinach, pressing against sides of sieve until all moisture is removed.

2Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate (covered) for 24 hours.

3Serve with corn chips, Melba rounds or tortilla chips.

4Or with fresh vegetables.

5Will keep 4 or 5 days and is delicious.
