Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
  • few drops of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Drain spinach, pressing against sides of sieve until all moisture is removed.

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate (covered) for 24 hours.

    Serve with corn chips, Melba rounds or tortilla chips.

    Or with fresh vegetables.

    Will keep 4 or 5 days and is delicious.
