Spinach Dip

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Hawaiian bread
  • 1 small jar pimentos, chopped and well drained

Directions

    Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze dry.

    Stir in soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended.

    Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, pimentos and green onion.

    Cover; chill at least 2 hours.

    Stir before serving.

    Cut middle from Hawaiian bread and put dip in middle.

    Cut middle of bread in bite size pieces and serve with dip.
