- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. pkg. vegetable soup mix
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions

1Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry.

2Cut up.

3Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and onions; blend well.

4Cover and refrigerate two hours.

5Stir before serving.

6NOTE:

7Can be put inside a hollowed out center of pumpernickel bread.

8Cut the inside part that was cut out, into cubes and use with dip.
