  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 box frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained

    Mix all ingredients together and chill for several hours before serving.

    This can be served in a hollowed out loaf of bread.

    The pieces of bread can be used to dip.
