  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 chopped green onions

Directions

    Thaw spinach and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

    Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until well blended.

    Stir in thawed spinach, chopped water chestnuts and green onions.

    Cover; chill for at least 2 hours.

    Stir before serving with chips, vegetable sticks or spears.

    Makes four cups.
