  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton nonfat sour cream, alternative
  • 1/2 c. fat free salad dressing
  • 1 (9 oz.) envelope vegetable soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Drain spinach on paper towels.

    Combine spinach, water chestnuts and remaining ingredients; cover and chill.

    Garnish, if desired, with celery leaves and pimento strips, and serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
