- 10 ounces chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 12 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 ounces 2% shredded Italian cheese blend
- 12 cup light mayonnaise
- 13 cup light sour cream
- 2 -3 ounces milk
- lemon juice, dash
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

2saucepan over low heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; saute 1 minute.

3Add milk and cheese, stir constantly until melted & well blended.

4Remove from heat; stir in mayo & sour cream.

5Fold in spinach.

6Return to low heat, add lemon juice & spices.

7Stir to blend well.

8Transfer to an ovenproof dish sprayed with nonstick spray.

9Top with more shredded cheese if desired.

10Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
