Name: Spinach Elegante
Ingredients: 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach; 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled; 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded; 1 c. sour cream; 1 small (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained; 1/4 tsp. marjoram; dash of pepper

1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 small (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions

Cook spinach according to directions on package.

Drain well. Spread on bottom of 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

Top with bacon and mushrooms.

Sprinkle with dash of pepper and marjoram. Bake for 15 minutes in a 325° oven.

Remove casserole from oven and cover with sour cream and cheese. Return to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
