Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach (12 oz. each)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (10 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 large slices Jack or Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    In a large skillet, combine first six ingredients and brown. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Place spinach, unthawed, on top of other ingredients.

    Cover and steam until mixable.
