- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. crumbled Feta cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain spinach thoroughly, pressing out excess water.

2Dissolve bouillon cubes in butter.

3Combine with spinach.

4Add remaining ingredients into mixing bowl.

5Mix well.

6Pour mixture in pie shell.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

8Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
