  • 1/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 Cup water at room temperature
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup coarsely chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg white, beaten
