  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • garlic powder
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu
  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. seashell macaroni
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. oil
