  • 2 loaves round pumpernickel or rye
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 2 tsp. fresh minced onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except bread.

    Cut circle in top of one loaf of bread; hollow it out.

    Put filling inside.

    Cut remaining loaf into cubes.
  5. 5
    Serve with small knife.
