  • 2 packages frozen spinach chopped, thawed, drained
  • 8 ounces noodles thin, cooked and drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup onions chopped, sauteed
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Mix the above ingredients together and pour into a 3 quart greased mold.

    Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
