  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell (deep dish)
  • 2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    In large size mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients. Turn mixture into pie shell. Bake in 375° oven until sharp knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
