- 1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
- 8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine spaghetti sauce and water.

2Set aside.

3Combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, stirring well. Set aside.

4Spread 1 cup tomato mixture in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Layer half each of uncooked lasagna noodles, spinach mixture, Mozzarella cheese and tomato mixture; repeat layers.

6Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

7Cover dish securely with aluminum foil.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

9Let lasagna stand 10 minutes before serving.
