- 1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna (9 noodles)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms
- garlic
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese (low-fat)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 (8 oz.) container fat-reduced Mozzarella cheese
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook noodles and drain.

2Cook onion, mushrooms and garlic 5 minutes; remove from heat.

3Stir in spinach, oregano and basil. Blend cottage cheese, egg whites and shredded Mozzarella cheese. Layer noodles, spinach, cheese and tomato sauce.

4Bake at 375° in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes.
