  • lasagna (uncooked)
  • 2 (26 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce or your own sauce
  • 1 (15 or 16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook lasagna according to package directions.

    In medium bowl, mix Ricotta, spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs.
