- 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 lb. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed and drain.

2Cook spinach as directed and drain.

3Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bowl.

4Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Place layer of noodles in dish, followed by layer of cottage cheese mixture, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese.

5Repeat layers.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
