- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 jar Prego sauce (28 oz.)
- 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles (8 oz.)
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.

2In a greased pan, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 of noodles and 1/2 cheese mixture.

3Repeat.

4Top with remaining noodles, then remaining sauce.

5Sprinkle with rest of Mozzarella.

6Pour water around the edges.

7Cover tightly with foil.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

9Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
