  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tea bags
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup peach nectar (to taste)
  • fresh mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

    Crush mint leaves with sugar and lemon juice; pour boiling water over mint leaves and tea bags.

    Let steep to desired taste; drain tea bags.

    Mix in peach nectar.
