- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, crushed
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tea bags
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup peach nectar (to taste)
- fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Directions

1Crush mint leaves with sugar and lemon juice; pour boiling water over mint leaves and tea bags.

2Let steep to desired taste; drain tea bags.

3Mix in peach nectar.
