Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded (reserve 1/2 c.)
- 1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix cheese, spinach, egg and seasonings.

2Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Layer 1/2 cup of sauce, 1/3 of noodles and half of cheese mixture. Repeat.

3Top with remaining sauce.

4Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.

5Pour water around edge.

6Cover tightly.
-
7Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.

8Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
