- large tomato sauce
- small tomato paste
- lasagna noodles
- Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach (uncooked)
- 1 carton Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 c. water
Directions

1For sauce, mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, spaghetti mix and water. Add 1/2 of this to spinach. Mix Ricotta cheese and eggs. Layer in dish: sauce with spinach, lasagna noodles, remaining sauce and spinach, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese. Top with other 1/2 of sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
