Spinach Lasagna

- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
- 1 bag fresh spinach, cooked
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 c. spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix together Ricotta cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese until well blended.

3Layer 1 cup sauce, three noodles, 1 cup Ricotta cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

4Repeat layers 2 to 3 times.

5Cover and bake for 20 minutes.

6Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes.

7Serve with garlic bread.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
