Spinach Lasagna

- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese (reserve 1 cup for topping), eggs, spinach, oregano, salt and pepper in a large bowl. In greased 13 x 9-inch pan, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 noodles and 1/2 of cheese mixture.

2Repeat, then top with remaining noodles. Add remaining sauce.

3Top with reserved Mozzarella cheese.

4Pour water around edge of pan.

5Cover with foil tightly.

6Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until bubbly.

7Let stand before serving.
