Surprise Corn Muffins

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 (about 8 oz. each) pkg. corn muffin mix

Directions

    In a bowl, blend soup and eggs.

    Add muffin mix, stirring until just blended (batter will be slightly lumpy). Spoon batter into 18 greased muffin cups filling about 3/4 full.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.

    Remove from pan. Cool.
