Spinach Lasagna

  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 10 oz frozed spinach (thawed)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8 oz pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Drain spinach, mix together cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper.

    Grease 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.

    Layer sauce, then noodles and repeat until all sauce and noodles are used.

    Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top.

    Pour the 1/4 c. of water around edge and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Let stand 15 minutes and serve.
