Spinach Lasagne

- 1 lb. Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 large jar Ragu
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 pkg. lasagne noodles (do not boil noodles)
- 1 c. water
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper.

2Spray lasagne pan with Pam.

3Put 1/3 of Ragu on bottom of pan, then place noodles on top of sauce.

4Use half of cheese mixture for next layer.

5Layer sauce, noodles and remainder of cheese mixture.

6Top with layer of Ragu and the remaining Mozzarella.

7Put water around edge of pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bubbly.

9Let stand uncovered for 15 minutes before serving.
