- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable liquor
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- salt to taste
- 6-oz. roll jalapeno cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- hot sauce to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and reserve liquid.

2Melt butter and add flour, stirring until smooth. Add onion and cook until soft.

3Add liquid and stir to avoid lumps.

4Cook until smooth and until melted.

5Combine with spinach. Place in casserole and top with buttered crumbs.

6This freezes well.
