- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. spinach liquid
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- red pepper to taste
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook spinach and save liquid.

2Melt butter; add onion and saute.

3Add flour and stir until smooth.

4Stir in vegetable liquid from spinach and milk.

5Stir constantly; cook until thick.

6Add seasonings and cheese.

7Combine with spinach.

8Place in buttered casserole.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

10Top with seasoned bread crumbs.
