Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable liquor
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- red pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain and save liquid.

2Melt butter over low heat.

3Add flour, stirring until blended, but not brown.

4Add onion and cook until soft, but not brown.

5Add liquid slowly, stirring constantly, to avoid lumps.

6Cook until smooth and thick; continue stirring.

7Add seasoning and cheese which has been cut into small pieces.

8Stir until melted.

9Combine with cooked spinach.

10Put into a casserole topped with buttered bread crumbs. Keep in refrigerator overnight.

11(Also may be frozen.)

12Warm for 30 minutes at 350°.
