- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable liquid
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- salt to taste
- 6 oz. jalapeno cheese, diced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- red pepper to taste
Directions

1Prepare spinach.

2Drain and save liquid.

3Melt butter over heat in saucepan.

4Add flour and blend.

5Slowly add liquid, stirring constantly.

6Cook until thick.

7Add seasonings and cheese.

8Mix until melted.

9Blend with cooked spinach.

10Place in casserole with buttered bread crumbs.
