- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable liquid from spinach
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. each: celery salt and garlic salt
- salt and red pepper to taste
- 6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese, cubed
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions.

2Drain well and reserve 1/2 cup liquid.

3Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until blended and smooth.

4Add onion and cook until soft, but not brown.

5Add liquid and stir constantly.

6Cook until smooth.

7Add seasoning and cheese.
-
8Stir until melted.
-
9Add spinach.
-
10Can be served immediately or frozen or let flavors blend in refrigerator overnight.

11Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
