- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- salt to taste
- 6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- red pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach.

2Reserve 1/2 cup liquor.

3Melt butter in saucepan.

4Add onions.

5Cook until soft and clear.

6Add flour. Cook smooth but not brown.

7Add seasonings.

8Add cheese.

9Cut into small squares.

10Add cooked spinach.

11If too dry, add liquor from spinach.

12Put buttered bread crumbs on top.

13Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
