Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- salt to taste
- 6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. vegetable liquid
- red pepper to taste
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions on package.

2Drain and reserve liquid.

3Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

4Add flour, stirring until blended smooth, but not brown.

5Add onion and cook until soft, but not brown.

6Add liquid slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

7Cook until smooth and thick, continue stirring.

8Add seasonings and cheese which have been cut into small pieces.

9Stir until melted.

10Combine with cooked spinach. Serve immediately or put in casserole topped with bread crumbs.
