- 10 manicotti shells
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- pepper to taste
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 c. tomato sauce or ready-made spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook manicotti shells; drain and set aside.

2Cook spinach; drain and squeeze out excess liquid.

3Combine spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan, pepper and garlic.

4Stuff shells and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan coated with vegetable spray.

5Pour tomato sauce over manicotti.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
