- 8 crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

1Thaw spinach and press out liquid.

2Crush crackers coarsely. In nonstick pan, melt butter; heat spinach until hot.

3Stir in cracker crumbs.

4Stir egg slightly and scramble among spinach. Cooked egg should show bits of white and yolk.
