- 4 3/8 ounces natural yogurt
- 5/8 cup philadelphia cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 5/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 8 1/3 cups spinach leaves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

2Start by beating the eggs with the yogurt, cream cheese, and olive oil.

3In a bowl, place the flour, garlic, and salt. Pour in the egg mixture, and stir well.

4Blanch the spinach leaves for 4 minutes.

5Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again.

6Chop the spinach, and add to the batter.

7Stir, and if necessary rectify salt.

8Distribute the batter in cupcake forms, and bake for 25 minutes.
