Spinach Omelet

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 4 slices bread
- 1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain chopped spinach.

2Put 2 slices of bread in bottom of buttered loaf pan.

3Top with layer of spinach and cheese. Repeat, having cheese on top.

4Beat eggs; add milk and seasoning and pour over top.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
