- 1 paratha dough
- 1 cup spinach, cleaned & finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 12 teaspoon chat masala
- salt
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- oil (to shallow fry)
Directions

1The spinach must be towel dried well.

2Mix all dry ingredients together.

3Roll a lump of dough as for paratha.

4Spread some spinach over it.

5Sprinkle some dry mixture all over.

6Make a tight Swiss roll.

7Now twist into a coil.

8Press together and re-roll to full size.

9Shallow fry and serve hot.

10Variation: Use chopped fenugreek leaves instead of spinach to make'Methi Paratha'.
