- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook and cool spinach.

2Squeeze out all liquid from spinach. Add remaining ingredients.

3Shape into balls, then flatten and fry until deep brown.

4Turn over and brown on other side.

5Drain on paper towel.

6Serve hot or cold.
