- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese, cut in pieces
- 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Blend all ingredients in processor.

2Pour into a 9-inch oiled spring-form pan.
