  • 2 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese, cut in pieces
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in processor.

    Pour into a 9-inch oiled spring-form pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
