- 2 bunches spinach
- 250 g feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 brown onion
- 2 sheets pastry dough
Directions

1Chop the spinach and onion finely.

2Put the egg in a separate small bowl with the onion.

3Lay 1 sheet of pastry over the bottom of a lasagna dish.

4Put a thin layer of the spinach down and cover with feta

5Repeat step four until all the spinach and feta is gone.

6Before you cover it with the 2nd pastry sheet add the egg and onion.

7If there is a little bit of egg in the bowl left smear it over the 2nd pastry sheet to help it brown.

8Bake it at 180C until golden brown.
