  • 1 (10 ounce) pkge. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (3 ounce) can French fried onion rings
  • 1 (4 ounce) canchopped mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkge. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix spinach, sour cream, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, eggs and half of french fried onion rings in mixing bowl.

    Empty into 2 quart baking dish.
  3. 3
    Bake at 350 degress for 40 minutes.

    Top with remaing french fried onion rings and bake for 10 minutes more.
