Ingredients
- 20 oz. spinach
- 1 c. first quality salted butter
- 6 eggs
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 lb. Feta cheese
- 6 to 8 green onions, chopped
- 8 Tbsp. dill weed
- 2 sheets puff pastry
Directions

1Boil spinach about 15 minutes.

2Drain and press out water.

3It has to be very dry.

4Put butter in a saucepan and saute spinach 7 to 8 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Mix in the eggs, cheese, onion and dill.

7Butter 265 mm x 375 mm (10 1/2 to 14 3/4-inch) baking dish.

8Cover bottom with one pastry sheet.

9If necessary use a piece of the other one.

10Put all ingredients on pastry sheet. Cover with other sheet.

11Butter surface and cut pie into pieces. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

12Serve hot.
